I approve this message
Just got done watching 60 minutes. Towards the end there were back-to-back Obama & McCain ads. i was so struck by the differences in the images shown during the "I'm so-and-so and I approve this message" parts that i had to take screenshots to share:

Now come on. I know McCain is going for the "looking towards the future" thing, but he's by himself in early-morning lighting. He looks like he's being taken out for his daily sunning at the rest home. Meanwhile Obama is very clearly listening, and to youngish white down-home folks at a diner. Is anyone really surprised at the poll numbers when you see messaging like this?
